As soon as you pay, your order begins to be prepared! You know all about the shipping process from our warehouse to your address!

Shipping costs

We Free Ports in all orders with a value of 30€ standard shipments to Portugal! In the case of standard shipments, we are the ones who choose the carrier that guarantees a better logistics capacity according to the products ordered and the distribution chain available, thus maintaining all the usual quality criteria and ensuring that your home arrives as quickly as possible.

If you want to choose your carrier (CTT or DPD), add a fee of 2€ of logistical costs.

For Portugal Continental and Islands, orders below 30€ have a fixed shipping cost of 3€ in standard shipping mode.

To the shipping with payment in the receiving act (with charge), add a fee of 2€, whatever the order value - this method is not available for Pre-Book items.

Other countries - For shipments outside Portugal, the shipping ports will be calculated and presented upon check-out of the order, according to the country of destination.

Delivery Time

For all orders with stock availability, we guarantee the arrival of the products (after the date of the shipping confirmation) within 1 to 2 business days for Continental Portugal, while for the islands it may take between 4 to 6 business days:

  • Portugal Continental: Service 24h;
  • Portugal - Islands - between 4 to 6 working days;
  • Other countries - this information will be available at check-out when selecting the carrier;

We guarantee shipment on our own day for orders with immediate stock and confirmed payment up to*:

  • Standard Shipping: 16:00;
  • CTT - 14:00;
  • DPD - 16:00;

*In punctual situations and in periods of higher affluence ( festive seasons, Black Friday or other seasonal campaigns), the sending on the day itself may be conditioned near the deadline hours.

If we consider it more advantageous for the customer to send it through another means other than the chosen one, we will send a notification to inform the new shipping method.

In the case of pre-reserves, the expected delivery date may change depending on the official release of the product or the delivery capacity of the suppliers. We always try to ensure the shipment in the previous days of the releases to ensure it arrives in advance at your hands!

In case of purchase of items with different availability in the same order, there will be an evaluation of stocks and the dates of availability for shipping, as explained in the Terms and Conditions.

We do not send and we do not have available delivery service on weekends and holidays, except some seasonal or policy campaign of the carrier itself.

State of the Order

  • Expecting Payment: Your order is already registered in our database and your client account. Once the payment is confirmed, we will start the shipping process.
  • In Processing: Your order is being separated, packed and labeled to ship as soon as possible.
  • Standby Stock: In the case of pre-books or if your order is waiting for some stock replacement for shipment, the order will be in this state until it is ready to be shipped.
  • Sent: Your order has left our warehouse and is already in charge of the carrier who will deliver it to your address.
  • Canceled: Your order will be automatically cancelled in case of a lack of payment during the limit period or if, for some reason, it is not possible to process the order. But don't worry, we'll get in touch with you and make sure you won't get hurt.

Follow Order

Along with the confirmation e-mail of sending your order, you will have access to the tracking code that also has an associated link so you can track the distribution of the order.

Sometimes the order reference takes some time to enter the distribution system, so don't worry if it doesn't show up and try again later!

Order not arrived

You should ensure that the address you entered is fully correct and that the delivery site has someone available to receive the order. Check the mailbox to confirm if they left you the order or you got some delivery notice.

You can contact the carrier that is in charge of the distribution to find out the situation point, referring to the shipping code that we provide you. If you prefer, we can do that for you.

If there is a delivery problem and your order is returned, we will contact you to send or make full refund if we have not guaranteed your confidence and satisfaction.

You should consider the following deadlines to initiate the complaint:

  • Portugal Continental: from 4 business days of shipping confirmation;
  • Islands: from 10 business days of shipping confirmation;
